| Is my Web site eligible to become a MasterLinker Affiliate? |
| Anyone can apply to the program, as long as you have a Web site and an interest in assisting other webmasters build more backlinks. While we are accepting applications from all interested parties, please note that at this time we are not able to accept all applicants. If you are not initially selected as a MasterLinker Affiliate, we encourage you to apply again at a later date. |

| Does it cost me anything to become a MasterLinker Affiliate? |
| No! It's absolutely free to join our MasterLinker Affiliate Program. There is no charge to apply and there is no minimum sales requirement. |

| Can a Web site outside the United States be a MasterLinker Affiliate? |
| Yes. The only requirement is the website must be displayed in English. |

| I operate more than one Web site. Can I still be a MasterLinker Affiliate? |
| Yes. You can have multiple sites as a MasterLinker Affiliate. You can have one Affiliate account with us that will include all of your sites. You can track the progress of each of your sites separately and be paid with only one commission check. |

| What are my responsibilities as a MasterLinker Affiliate? |
| The only thing you are responsible for is using the authorized marketing materials we provide you in your online MasterLinker Affiliate Toolkit and placing a link on your site. We handle everything else. |

| What are MasterLinker' responsibilities? |
| We will provide you with the tools and support to help you maximize sales through your site. We also handle billing, collections, customer support, and technical support for all customers you refer to us. |

| I don't have a Web site. Can I still apply? |
| Unfortunately, no. In order for us to accept you as a MasterLinker Affiliate, we must be able to view your website. |

| How do I change my account information? |
| Once you have been accepted as a MasterLinker Affiliate, you will be given access to your personal MasterLinker Affiliate Toolkit Web site. Your account information can be modified through this site. |

Setting Up Links
| How do I create links? |
| Creating links is easy. All you have to do is go to the MasterLinker Affiliate Toolkit and follow the step-by-step instructions. The site has an automatic tag generator that will create HTML for you to cut and paste into your Web site. It is so easy to use even beginners can create links in seconds. |

| Where should I place the links on my site? |
| You should place links where they are easy for your site visitors to find, such as your home page. Some areas you may want to place your links include your home page, your navigation bar, and any other traffic areas. If you place the links in an easily accessible location on your site, your visitors will be more likely to make a purchase. |

| Can I place links in emails I send out? |
| Absoutely. If you wish to promote MasterLinker via email, simply place your link code in the email. Our system will track all new customers correctly and give you credit for any sales that result. We just ask that you adhere to all CANSPAM rules and only email to recipients that have opted into receiving your email. |

| How often should I update my links? |
| You should update links as you see fit. We are constantly adding new image and text links, so you should create new links when see one that will best capture the interest of your visitors. |

| Can I use your content on my site? |
| You may use the logos and content we license to you. However, you may not use logos that have not been specifically licensed to you. We will not be able to track your earnings and pay you the commission you deserve if you use a non-authorized logo or content. |

Tracking, Payment, and Reporting
| How do I know how much commission I've earned? |
| When you are accepted as a MasterLinker Affiliate, you will be able to earn a commission up to 20% of sales for every sale on a recurring monthly basis. Through the MasterLinker Affiliate Toolkit, you can access reports, that provide information on impressions, click-throughs, orders, shipments, and commissions earned. |

| How often do I get paid? |
| We will send you a check for a percentage of the sales generated from your customers every month, provided you earned more than $50.00 The MasterLinker Affiliate Program reserves the right to withhold payment until such time as such affiliate's aggregate commissions exceed $50.00 USD. |

| Do I earn commissions on my own purchases? |
| Yes! When you buy products from us through your Web site, you earn the same commission on your purchase that you would from a visitor purchase. |

| How can I monitor my sales? |
| You can monitor your sales by accessing reports as often as you like through the MasterLinker Affiliate Toolkit site. |

| Who processes orders and handles customer service? |
| It's easy! We do all of that for the customers that you refer to our site. All you have to do is place links on your site. We do the rest! |

| How will you know that the orders came from my site? |
| All links from your site to our site contain a unique identifier so that every time a user comes to us via your site, we know to credit you when a purchase is made. This is only possible, though, when you create all of your links with the approved logos on the MasterLinker Affiliate Toolkit site. |

| How often can I run reports? |
| You can run reports daily if you wish. Your MasterLinker Affiliate Toolkit site is updated daily with the latest information about your site. |

| Yes. You can have multiple sites under one MasterLinker Affiliate account. You can create links and generate reports specifically for each site, but you will receive one commission check for all of your sites. To set up an account with multiple sites, please contact us at affiliates@MasterLinker.com with the names and URLs of the additional sites. |
